Check-In 15:00
Please present your ID card or Passport upon Check-in. This is a legal requirement that each visitor must present personal documents for hotel records. Please inform the reception representative if you wish to arrive before. Depending on the availability, it will be possible to already use your room.

Check-Out 11:00
Please inform the reception representative if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given at extra charge and depending on the availability. On failure of the guest to vacate the accommodation on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the accommodation occupied by the guest.

Guest’s Belongings
Guests are requested to lock the door of their accommodation when going out. The Management will not be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the accommodation or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

Lost and found

In case of any loss of the Guest’s belongings, immediately reporting should be done at the reception area. The management staff will do everything that is possible to find the lost things but cannot guarantee that will find these things. In case the lost things are founded by the Management staff, they will inform the guest to take back the founded things, which are going to be stored at the reception areas no more than 30 days from the moment they are founded.

Guarantee policy
There is a credit card required per reservation.
A hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

Pre-payment

30% of the total amount may be charged any time after booking. 30% of the total amount is nonrefundable  

 

Cancellation

If cancel or modify 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged, If cancel or modify 14 before arrival the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no show the total amount will be charged.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.  

·         Cancellations/modifications up to 14 days prior to arrival – 30% charge.

·         Cancellations/ modifications less than 14 day prior to arrival – 100% charge

·         No shows – 100% charge

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Damage of property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

Management’s Rights
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her accommodation or other areas of the hotel without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the accommodation occupied by him / her and inform the local authorities.

Hazardous goods 

Bringing goods of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the Management, other guests, visitors, and servants for all loss, financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the Guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any instructions

The management reserves the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules without prior notice
